About

BuildSight tells construction teams what is actually happening on their projects.

BuildSight AI is a construction-intelligence platform that uses computer vision, multimodal AI, project data and predictive analytics to help construction teams understand site progress, detect project risks, connect field conditions with project documentation, and make faster project decisions.

Why we are building it

The data exists. The understanding doesn't.

Every project produces site photographs, drone imagery, drawings, schedules, inspection records, daily reports, RFIs and quality reports. The problem is not a lack of data. It is turning that data into a clear answer about what has been built, what is late and what needs attention.

BuildSight sits between project data and project decisions. Its job is to understand what is happening on site and surface what matters, with the evidence attached.

How we build

Six principles behind every screen.

  • Technical

We build for people who read drawings and schedules for a living, in their language.

  • Precise

Every figure is measurable, every observation has a confidence, and every claim has a source.

  • Reliable

Owners and lenders act on our numbers, so people confirm them before they count.

  • Intelligent

AI that adds context and evidence, not novelty.

  • Enterprise ready

Isolation, roles, audit and retention from the first release.

  • Modern

Computer vision and multimodal AI on the phones teams already carry.

Where we are

MVP running. Pilots open.

The BuildSight MVP runs end to end on our sample project: capture, analysis, comparison, confirmation, schedule risk, Copilot and reporting. We are now working with early pilot partners.

  1. 1Company

An independent construction-intelligence company with its own product, models and roadmap.

  2. 2Product

Vision, Progress, Docs and Copilot in pilot; Inspect, Predict and Twin in development.

  3. 3Infrastructure

Enterprise cloud underneath, behind interfaces we own.
